Etude des Toradja. Maison toradja réservée à la noblesse. Celle-ci est la propriété collective des membres du groupe de parenté descendant du couple d'ancêtres à l'origine de sa création. Les cornes des buffles empilées sur le pilier, certains motifs gravés sur la façade, la sculpture de la tête de buffle et celle figurant un oiseau, connotent le fait que cet édifice est un pôle religieux, politique et social.
